Unlike most other boots of its kind, the materials for the natural rubber used are sourced from certified, sustainably-managed forests in Guatemala, meaning that no deforestation occurs, and that the social and economic welfare of workers and local communities are protected.
An innovative new development in their design, the boots are fitted with stretch inserts made from a plant-based alternative to neoprene called Yulex™. Made without petrochemicals and sourced from the same certified forests as our natural rubber, this material generates 80% less climate-altering carbon dioxide than traditional neoprene, but delivers near-identical performance in terms of strength and elasticity. A completely cruelty and animal-free construction also ensures that they are 100% vegan.
